Pink heels, sunglasses and an outstanding body: Caroline Dechamby makes her entrance into Milan’s fashion and art scene with a strong physical impact. But there’s something more behind her elegance.
Into one ont the trendiest quarter in the city, Brera, inside the prestigious boutique of the brand parah, we launched the new design for this summer bathing suites line, signed Caroline Dechamby.
This girl, with a strong passion and concern for nature and colors, blends the elegance of the flowers with the brightness and the fun of the colors creating an incredible appealing fantasy. The bathing suite line, with its pareos, bags and pochettes, represents a fine innovative product, that combines the creativity of an artist with the quality of a stated brand.
In fact, Caroline originates as an artist, mixing up shapes, lines and colors defining a very strong visual identity. We could describe her artistic work as hyperrealistic for all the objects, the animals and other elements she represents further on our idea of life. During several years of work, Caroline started a real artistic research, combining different techniques with various precious elements. The traditional “oil on canvas” finds a new life and expressions with the joint of diamonds and plexiglass. A simple glass table can become a piece of design for the painted green female body that is litteraly passing through it.
When Caroline meets the MG-ART staff she found an opportunity to use her artistic talent to produce something new and unique. Her style and her passion for beauty persuade our artist to start a great collaboration between parah and MG-ART. parah, the renomate lingerie and bathing suite brand, cheerfully accepted to produce Caroline’s line for Summer 2008. The idea moves from the concept of “wearing art”. The possibility to appreciate a piece of art and the innovative way to translate it in clothing, shows how dynamic and active Caroline’s work is. Therefore, the decision to create a limited edition of these products,in order to give them more importance and prestige.
At the Vernissage we had in Milan, several members of the press were present and girls from the Italian show business were there as well. We advertised the next events in Varese ( 28th, 29th of June) and Santa Margherita (18th and 19th of July). For an exclusive window to present Caroline Dechamby’s line, there will be an exclusive event at the Billionaire in Porto Cervo, with dinner and disco party.
We hope the Italian fashion world first, an the International market afterward, will appreciate the fine texture, designs, and colors of this young artists. This because we have many projects to realize with Caroline and we want this collaboration to become even stronger and every day more successful.

MG-Art, una società creativa dai progetti artistici nuovi e coraggiosi, inizia a muovere i suoi primi passi con un progetto incredibilmente efficace. La filosofia della MG-Art si coniuga tutta nell’unico concetto del “nuovo”. Questa la combinazione vincente che tale società ha letto in trasparenza nell’opera di Caroline Dechamby, l’artista olandese protagonista con la quale è iniziata un’avventura emozionante e ambiziosa. Si è partiti con una gamma contenuta di prodotti esclusivi per l’estate, con la speranza -già concreta nei preview dei nuovi progetti- di poter importare questa nuova firma oltre oceano e verso nuovi traguardi. Non poteva che confermarsi con un successo, già consolidato nel campo dell’arte, il lancio di presentazione in anteprima solo italiana, della collezione estiva di Caroline Dechamby.
Questa si ispira ad uno dei suoi cicli più conosciuti in quanto a tecnica e motivo: “Les Tulipes“. La giornata di apertura del vernissage ha avuto come vetrina, via Fiori Chiari, identificata nel salotto della moda e del buon vivere della città meneghina, oltre che a rappresentare per l’occasione il legame con l’arte per la prossimità dell’Accademia di Brera.
Arte e moda coniugate perfettamente in un progetto creato e sviluppato da MG Art e che riporta l’ex modella, ora artista contemporanea Caroline Dechamby, sotto i riflettori delle passerelle delle firme del lusso. Ospite straordinaria, per le doti comunicative oltre che d’immagine, l’artista stessa, venuta appositamente dal proprio rifugio a Crans Montana per lanciare davanti ai numerosi giornalisti, fotografi e Vip la sua fresca e colorata linea di costumi, borse e parei create per una donna dinamica, unica ed originale.
La linea di prodotti è stata ideata per un target elevato, in numero limitato, con l’idea di accrescere il valore creativo della creazione artistica e sottolineare la qualità di tessuto e rifiniture. Il vernissage si è svolto presso le “Boutique Parah” di via Fiori Chiari a Milano, nei giorni del 25 e 26 Giugno, e di C.so Matteotti a Varese nel venerdì e sabato successivo. Il successo dell’iniziativa di Milano e Varese ha indotto MG Art e Parah a proseguire nella proposta con un nuovo vernissage in compagnia dell’artista Caroline Dechamby da tenersi in quel di Santa Margherita Ligure il 18 e 19 luglio dalle ore 20.00 alle 24.00 sempre nella “ Boutique Parah “, quella di via Cavour sita al numero 26 dell’elitaria località di mare.
Questo è ciò che MG-Art è riuscita a fare in soli 4 mesi di lavoro grazie ad obiettivi lungimiranti e grande metodo. Siamo solo all’inizio: la parabola ascendente di Caroline comincia ora.
